Osamu Noguchi（以下「運営者」）は、iOS／watchOS アプリ「Suburi」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリの記録は、原則として利用者の端末（および利用者自身の iCloud）に保存されます。運営者が情報を受け取るのは、以下に記載する場合に限ります。本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用者の情報を広告目的やトラッキング（他社のデータと組み合わせた追跡）に使用しません。

2. 端末内（および利用者の iCloud）にのみ保存される情報

次の情報は運営者に送信されません。

• 練習の記録（回数、日時、日誌、目標など）
• Apple Watch で計測した心拍数（HealthKit から取得したもの）
• AI による要約・コーチ機能の入出力（端末内で処理します）
• 端末内のログファイル

iCloud 同期を有効にしている場合、これらは利用者自身の iCloud アカウントに保存され、運営者は閲覧できません。

3. 運営者が取得する情報

3.1 アカウントを作成した場合（Sign in with Apple）

道場・ランキング機能のためにサインインすると、次の情報を取得します。

メールアドレスを宣伝・営業の連絡に使用することはありません。モーションログの記録とアップロードは、設定「送信するオプション項目」の「モーションログを記録」で停止できます。心拍数は運営者に送信しません。

3.2 カウント結果の報告を送信した場合

利用者が「カウント結果を報告」から送信した場合、設定の内容（名前・種別）、端末の機種・OS・アプリのバージョン、入力したコメント、対象の練習の日時・評価・実際の回数・装着した腕・キャリブレーションの回答、練習ログの参照（最大 5 件）、およびサインインしている場合はアカウント識別子を受け取ります。回数の検出精度の改善に利用します。

3.3 動作データを任意で提供した場合

報告の際に「この練習の動作データも提供する」を選んだ場合に限り（初期状態はオフで、練習ごとに確認します）、次の情報を受け取ります。

• 提供専用の匿名 ID（端末ごとに発行され、Apple ID や本アプリのアカウントとは結び付けません。サインインの有無にかかわらず、この匿名 ID を使います）
• 対象の練習のモーションログ（加速度・回転などのセンサー記録、記録の開始・終了日時、Apple Watch の機種・OS、装着した腕、検出の設定）
• 検出した打突のタイミングと強さ、表示された回数
• 3.2 の報告内容

アカウントの登録は不要です。回数の検出精度の改善（検出方法の検証・改良）にのみ利用します。

3.4 利用状況の分析

本アプリの改善のため、Google Analytics for Firebase により、アプリの利用状況（画面の表示、機能の利用、アップロードの成否など）と、アプリごとの識別子・端末の情報を取得します。

4. 外部サービスの利用と国外への移転

運営者は、情報の保存・処理に次のサービスを利用します。これらのサービスは日本国外（米国など）で情報を処理する場合があります。

• Google Firebase（Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Cloud Storage、Cloud Functions、App Check、Google Analytics）: Google LLC
• Google Chat（運営者への通知のため。新規登録、練習記録の登録〔表示名・種目・回数〕、報告と提供〔報告の内容〕を通知します）: Google LLC
• Apple（Sign in with Apple、iCloud、App Store の購入処理）: Apple Inc.

法令に基づく場合を除き、上記以外の第三者に利用者の情報を提供することはありません。

5. 保存期間と削除

• アカウントの削除: 本アプリの「アカウントの削除」から、いつでも削除できます。表示名、メールアドレス、練習の記録、打突ごとの加速度、モーションログ、道場への参加情報、ランキングの集計、サインイン中に送信した報告を削除します。
• 提供された動作データ: モーションログと検出イベントは提供から 30 日を目安に削除します。報告の内容は検出精度の改善のために保持します。提供データはアカウントと結び付いていないため、アカウントの削除では消えません。削除を希望する場合は、報告画面の提供状態に表示される報告 ID を添えてお問い合わせください。
• サインインせずに送信した報告: 個人を特定できない形で保持します。
• 購入情報: App Store の購入処理は Apple が行います。運営者はサブスクリプションの状態に関する Apple からの通知を受け取ります。

6. お子様の利用

本アプリは年齢に関係なくご利用いただけます。端末内だけで使う場合、運営者は情報を受け取りません。16 歳未満の方がアカウントの作成、カウント結果の報告、動作データの提供を行う場合は、保護者の同意を得てください。保護者の方は、お問い合わせフォームからお子様の情報の確認や削除を依頼できます。

7. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページに掲載し、重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。

8. お問い合わせ

本ポリシーと、情報の開示・訂正・削除のご依頼は、次の窓口までご連絡ください。フォームには、返信先と、提供データの削除を希望する場合は報告 ID をご記入ください。

Osamu Noguchi ("we") sets out below how the iOS / watchOS app "Suburi" (the "App") handles your information.

1. Our approach

Your records are kept on your device (and in your own iCloud) by default. We receive information only in the cases described below. The App does not show ads, and we do not use your information for advertising or tracking (combining it with data from other companies to follow you).

2. Information that stays on your device (and in your iCloud)

The following is not sent to us:

• Practice records (counts, dates, journal, goals, and so on)
• Heart rate measured by Apple Watch (read from HealthKit)
• Input and output of the AI summary and coach features (processed on your device)
• Log files on your device

If iCloud sync is on, this data is stored in your own iCloud account, and we cannot see it.

3. Information we receive

3.1 If you create an account (Sign in with Apple)

When you sign in to use dojos and rankings, we receive:

We never use your email address for promotional or sales messages. You can stop recording and uploading motion logs with "Record motion logs" under "Optional items to send". We do not receive your heart rate.

3.2 If you send a counting report

When you send a report from "Report counting results", we receive the configuration you use (name and type), your device model, OS and app version, your comment, the selected practice's date, assessment, actual count, wrist and calibration answer, references to practice logs (up to five), and your account identifier if you are signed in. We use this to improve counting accuracy.

3.3 If you voluntarily contribute motion data

Only if you choose "Also contribute motion data for this practice" when reporting (off by default and confirmed for each practice), we receive:

• A contribution-only anonymous ID (issued per device and not linked to your Apple ID or your account in the App; it is used whether or not you are signed in)
• The motion log of that practice (sensor recordings such as acceleration and rotation, recording start and end times, Apple Watch model and OS, the wrist you wore it on, and detection settings)
• The timing and strength of detected swings and the count shown
• The report in 3.2

No account is needed. We use this only to improve counting accuracy (verifying and improving detection).

3.4 Usage analytics

To improve the App, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect how the App is used (screens viewed, features used, whether uploads succeed, and so on), together with an app-specific identifier and device information.

4. Service providers and transfers abroad

We use the following services to store and process information. They may process information outside Japan (for example, in the United States).

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, App Check, Google Analytics): Google LLC
• Google Chat (notifications to us about new accounts, new practice records [display name, use type, count], and reports and contributions [report content]): Google LLC
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, iCloud, App Store purchases): Apple Inc.

Except where required by law, we do not share your information with any other third party.

5. Retention and deletion

• Deleting your account: You can delete your account at any time with "Delete Account" in the App. This deletes your display name, email address, practice records, per-swing acceleration, motion logs, dojo memberships, ranking totals, and reports sent while signed in.
• Contributed motion data: Motion logs and detection events are deleted about 30 days after contribution. The report itself is kept to improve counting accuracy. Contributions are not linked to your account, so deleting your account does not remove them. To request deletion, contact us with the report ID shown with the contribution status on the report screen.
• Reports sent without signing in: Kept in a form that does not identify you.
• Purchases: App Store purchases are processed by Apple. We receive notifications from Apple about subscription status.

6. Use by children

The App can be used at any age. When it is used only on the device, we receive no information. If you are under 16, please get a parent's or guardian's consent before creating an account, sending a counting report, or contributing motion data. Parents and guardians can ask to review or delete their child's information through the contact form.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page and announce important changes in the App.
